In Episode 39, Julie speaks with married couple, Shelly Sood and Nikhil Torsekar.Shelly Sood is an author, speaker, mother of 3, wife, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Untether Your Life. Her husband of 20 years, Nikhil, had suffered from undiagnosed bipolar disorder for two decades, leading to massive devastation emotionally, mentally, and financially. After becoming suicidal, and ultimately getting diagnosed at the age of 40, Nikhil Torsekar began a journey of introspection and healing, and is now a devoted husband, dedicated parent, and thriving professional. His journey of discovery and healing through higher states of consciousness led he and his wife Shelly to incorporate Mindvalley’s personal growth platform into their own lives.
