Description

Just Think: The Podcast is hosted by 3 American women who invite you into their conversation about current events and challenge you to think critically about the information you are given. With a strong aversion to labels, political correctness, and censorship and committed to the premise that they never want to tell people WHAT to think but instead challenge everyone to not blindly accept what we are told is true but to ask hard, sometimes uncomfortable questions around the topics affecting all of us, to search for the answers among a variety of sources, to consider inherent bias...this podcast will challenge you to JUST THINK for yourself.

There is so much going on in the country right now that we wanted to invite you into our conversation about it all--including the impact of age and life changes on personal perspectives, the importance of courage in speaking out, the complexities surrounding autism and vaccines, the political polarization in America, the implications of the government shutdown on SNAP benefits, and the ongoing debate about immigration and assistance programs. We talk about the need for personal responsibility, reform in assistance programs, and the consequences of dependency on government aid. Join us for the conversation.
After years of exposing our broken medical system, we get asked all the time, “So which doctor should I see? Do my kids need a pediatrician? What do I do if my doctor doesn’t believe in holistic approaches to my health? My insurance won’t pay for me to see an alternative physician, so what do I do?” Once you see just how broken the medical system (medical error is the third leading cause of death in America), you don’t know where to go, who to see, how to pay for it, and who to trust. But we’ve been on this journey to optimal health and wellness for awhile, and after years of trying to help people have their eyes opened to the truth, we now want to help you create a new health system for yourselves and your families that serves you well and keep you well! In this episode we introduce you to OUR doctor and the practice we trust that does telemedicine appointments for a myriad of health concerns for the entire family. Join us as we introduce you to Dr. Ben Schwartz as he shares his journey into naturopathic and chiropractic medicine, emphasizing the value of personalized care and the power of functional medicine. Our conversation touches on the significance of optimal health, the role of mindset in healing, and the need for a shift in healthcare paradigms. We also begin to document our own personal health journeys, bringing you along with us in real time to help connect you to the people and places that can serve you so that you can also take control of your own health and well-being, too!
Can kids with autism get better? Can they heal? In this episode we talk with Greer McGuinness, founder of Biomedical Healing for Kids, to explore her inspiring journey as a mother of an autistic child who was on a mission to find healing for him, and what she discovered and the dramatic transformation she witnessed expanded her mission to helping other children with autism and ADHD heal, too. She earned a master’s degree in health science, equipping herself with the knowledge to better understand the intricate connections between health and the body’s overall function, and combined with her 15 years in the medical field, she developed expertise in functional and integrative medicine—an approach that focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of health challenges rather than merely masking symptoms.Using alternative and holistic therapies in her personalized consulting services, she designs evidence-based, functional, and integrative health strategies tailored to meet the unique individual needs of each child with an autism diagnosis.
The trio talks with Rachel Doherty, founder of www.bootyandbrains.co, who shares her personal journey with Alzheimer's and how it led her to explore the connection between fitness, muscle health, and brain health. They discuss the importance of metabolic health in preventing Alzheimer's, the role of movement in maintaining cognitive function, and practical tips for incorporating exercise into daily life. Rachel shares how understanding the science behind these connections can empower individuals to take control of their health and make informed choices daily and simply to help prevent Alzheimer's Disease. This episode is full of knowledge and direction that you do not want to miss!
Episode 166: Turning Points

Episode 166: Turning Points

Charlie Kirk was assassinated, likely for exercising his freedom of speech and for promoting respectful discourse and the debate of conflicting views and opinions. We are gutted by this, as three people who respected his faith, his courage, and his willingness to debate openly and respectfully. But that's not the only pivtotal thing happening this week. From the national exposure of the murder of the Ukranian refugee on the train in Charlotte to the senate testimony by Aaron Siri regarding the study on the childhood vaccination outcomes this week, there is a lot to being paying attention to, praying about and fighting for right now. And we wanted to talk about it and invite you into the conversation.
Parents, parents-to-be, even grandparents....this episode is for you. Navigating parenthood isn't for the faint of heart, especially when you encounter the teen years where your child begins to establish more independence. It's during this time that things can seem to go sideways, and parents need wisdom and support so that they can have a stronger connection with their child, stop feeling lost, stop "losing" their child to other things and instead lead them to a better path and better relationship with their child. In this episode we chat with Tom Pfanner, "The Leadership Dad", author of the new book, Dads Who Lead, and founder of www.dadswholead.com. Tom helps dads connect with their children through Father Son Retreats and coaching them to amplify their leadership within their home. We know that a key to healing our culture is restoring the role of strong, loving fathers in our homes. This conversation and the resources Tom offers you can help every family who is looking to strengthen their family unit and their relationship with their children.
As with many things in the medical world, there is a lot of conflicting information out there, and it's important we cut through the noise to find the truth so that we can live, age and feel WELL.In this inspiring episode, we sit down with Dr. Sharon Stills, naturopathic medical doctor and women’s health expert, for a deep conversation on how to gracefully navigate every stage of a woman’s hormonal journey—from perimenopause through menopause and beyond.Dr. Stills shares why understanding our hormones is key to thriving, not just surviving, during these transitions. From addressing common symptoms like sleep changes, mood swings, and weight gain, to uncovering the gifts of postmenopause, Dr. Stills emphasizes that women don’t have to “fall apart” as they age. Instead, with the right tools and mindset, these years can be a time of renewed vitality, wisdom, and joy. But it does require knowledge--including knowing more about what your body truly needs to thrive in every season of life. And knowing that we have. been given some very bad information, and it's time to get the truth and the help and support we all need.
In this episode we get to catch up with one of our favorite physicians and medical hero’s, Dr. Peter McCullough. Dr. McCullough has been a trusted resource for all things Covid as a true medical researcher and one of the most published cardiologists in the world. His research helped guide us through the Covid era, but because he has proven to be a physician who has been willing to follow where the science leads, it’s also led to new discoveries for him which includes the truth behind childhood vaccines. His latest book, Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology & Reality, which he coauthored with John Leake, does a deep dive on the history of vaccines and why EVERYONE needs to know it. In this episode we talk about his new book, plus we get to learn the latest on the proven dangers of the Covid vaccine, how it can shed, and how we can all possibly detox from both the shot and the virus if we’ve had it. We also get to talk to Dr. McCullough about other controversial topics, including his take on statins. There has been a lot of controversy around one of the most prescribed drugs in the world, and we know of cardiologists like Dr. Aseem Malhotra, who has a documentary called First Do No Pharm" which we also recommend, who have spoken out about the side effects and questionable efficacy of these drugs. You’ll hear Dr McCullough's take, which is different than Dr. Malhotra's. Of course we like the discourse because it’s in the debate of things that we can discover what’s true. But we ran out of time to really dive into subject that we, even after this conversation, still have a lot of questions and concerns about. We want to dive even deeper into this statin debate, but for now….take a listen as we catch up with one of the most courageous and investigative doctors of our lifetimes: Dr. Peter McCullough.
"Dis too much." Those were our initial thoughts to seeing so many right-winged influencers explode in fury at the announcement that was leaked by Axios from the DOJ and the FBI saying their investigation into the Epstein files basically yielded nothing and that the case was now closed.I'm sorry, what? Huh? Understandably, there is a lot of anger and confusion, but we sat down to talk through the theories, the speculations, and the facts that are confirmable. This is not really about "Epstein" but what he represented--that reality that our system is broken, and some people really are above it, and justice is either blind or it is dead, and it seems to be dead when it comes to the powerful elites. We invite you to join us in the conversation.
We are actually not at all shocked by so many of the events that have unfolded this week. For years we have been trying to sound the alarms and reveal the censored truths which have predicted so much of what is transpiring, if not prepared us to not be at all surprised. As President Trump comes off what is being called by some as "his most successful week of his presidency so far", we dive into what is happening, what is being said, and what is actually, as far as we can determine, true. Join us for the conversation.
Just one hour after we finished recording this episode, President Trump announced a ceasefire deal had been struck between Iran and Israel. But then that deal didn't seem to hold up. In any case, we talk about the importance of rigorous debate and getting informed--fully informed--especially if you are going to play armchair quarterback on foreign policy or any other topic for that matter. Join us as we discuss the divide on the right, the absence of the left in any intelligent conversation right now, and why we believe peace through strength has always been Trump's agenda. It's the execution that will challenge him most. Perhaps we will see how his "art of the deal" will prevail in helping achieve peace...at least for now.
President Macron of France and his wife were caught "decompressing", so we thought we would "decompress" together as we plow through the latest headlines and invite you into our conversation. From the rise in anti-semitism to the latest evidence that there could be a link between SIDS and vaccinations to the "big beautiful bill" and all of its controversy to the Democrats pretending they were lied to about Biden's obvious mental decline and trying to cash in on it... we talk about all of this and more.
We have long predicted that the truth would come to light--about Joe Biden's cognitive decline, the Russiagate Hoax, the Covid vaccine, the corruption in Big Food and Big Pharma, the agenda of the MSM, and the reality of the "safety" of the current childhood vaccine schedule. While we aren't here to boast with an "I told you so", we are here to say the time has come, and the truth is being revealed. It's up to each of us to be informed and to use our critical thinking skills as we assimilate all the information and events that are occurring. It's time to put any tribalism or cognitive dissonance away. Because if truth is the lion, and you don't hear it roaring....you just might get eaten.
In 2021, when we started broadcasting our conversations and inviting others to join us in them, we were accused of lying, misinformation, being "conspiracy theorists", etc. Today, in 2025, so much of what we were saying has been proven to be true and has become more mainstream. We are so thankful. All we ever wanted was to present the evidence we were finding that was running counter to the common narratives perpetuated by the MSM and our own government. So many of THEIR lies are being exposed. The truth is being brought to light. And we are feeling encouraged, far more encouraged than we were in 2021. But there is still work to do. The truth--the lion--is roaring. But we know we have to keep beckoning the pride to roar with him. So we are going to keep talking...Join us in the conversation.
Trump delivered his 5th State of the Union Address on Tuesday night, a whopping 90 minute long speech, and in spite of delivering announcements of progress that benefits the entire country (stronger border, possible peace between Ukraine and Russia, or the fraud and waste DOGE is uncovering), the Dems could not be bothered to stand or even applaud for one single part, including the recognition of a 13 year old boy with cancer who was made an honorary part of the Secret Service, a teen finding out he is admitted to West Point, an American hostage brought home from Russia, or for the honor paid to children killed by illegal immigrants. We talk about all of this and more...including RFK's oped on Fox in this week's episode. Join us for the conversation.
Last month the Trump Administration announced the pardoning of all Americans charged with crimes from the protests that occurred in and around the Capitol on January 6, 2021. When it comes to what all exactly transpired on that day, we've always had more questions than answers, which is why we were happy to interview Siaka Massaquoi 20 episodes ago as he shared his firsthand (and video-documented) experience that day. Siaka revisits some of that experience (including the raiding of his home by the FBI before herwas every formally charged with any crime) and shares what has happened since.
