"piss pore interniew" love it
sort of a rushed ending the lord spoke !!! I wonder if any more thought on that, I mean wow. top podcast as always 👌
wow! this one in particular is twice as amazing as normal. I think what was of particular interest is half way through with story of creating a kill box to protect further nva troops getting to hamburger hill and after breaking his back and sone ribs he's back the next day to finish the job. Bleeding heck! this one is worth a listen for sure

wow! its hard to judge these stories against each other but wow. I came home and purchased the book.
God, how can there be no comments. I bought we few book and now finishing up whispers in the tall grass. if you like these podcasts do read the books, there are more measured, don't get me wrong things that are said on the podcast are said in passing sometimes where in the books are detailed . very brave men, bravo to them all!!!
Wait..are you good men EATING while you record? Great microphones, but f**k that's annoying. Every swallow and smack of your lips is amplified. Still the best podcast ever, but I guarantee some folks gave up over this.
Your stories are more intense then any Hollywood movie. Crazy to think it really happened and how casual you guys are. "just another day in sog"
I can listen to Mr Black all day. He is always great on the podcast. So many stories
the best damn podcast out there! the gritty place of viet nam loas cambodia crazy stuff for a crazy place, lived in lots a while, they're steel reeling from rolling thunder even today
I had to pause your podcast for a moment Tilt, to reflect on what you said about the love and comraderie shared by SF and CIDG troops. I can imagine how that Montagnard family felt in having their deceased loved one returned to them. Retrieving his body at the risk of life for three American Green Berets and the air assets involved speaks volumes about SOG commitment to the warfighters assisting the US mission. Thanks for your efforts in relating these missions as a part of history after so many years forced silence.
