If you see beyond the empty, then you find a world of new possibilities.
When was the last time you let go, you released, you took a moment to just focus on the renewal of you?
Do you hear the whispers of your knowing? I had to listen so carefully and block out all the distractions so I could hear the whisper of my knowing tell me that I can.
I wrote this poem to seek the answers to:Do I know myself? When was the last time I sought to discover who I am?
This poem reminds us that we ‘can’ if we believe.
In this poem, I remind myself that although I may stumble sometimes I always get right back up and keep going forwards all the time.

How often do you tell yourself that you like you? For me, it is rarely if ever- I tell others all the time but never myself. I see people light up with joy when I tell them- so what would happen if I told myself hey, I like you! every day?I tried and captured the moment in this poem...
I always get caught in the 'having to always do something’ mindset. One day I decided to slow right down and do 'nothing' and found that there was so much something in doing nothing. This poem is all about the benefits of the slow to recharge the batteries and get yourself back on track.
The most important person we need to believe in is ourselves- this poem explores the power of that unwavering belief in ourselves. Your superpower is your ‘believe’.
This poem is all about being so caught up in everyone else's beat that you stop hearing, listening and feeling your own beat, vibe, rhythm and the power of you.
We all get a little overwhelmed at the thought of being alone - especially during those moments of fear, confusion and trepidation. Some journeys are meant just for you, meaning you have to walk that path by yourself. This poem is all about facing that journey and knowing that you have the strength and power to take those steps.
This is one of my favourites. I really love the moon- it gives me such a sense of peace and grounding. The words of this poem explore the loneliness we all feel and know. The loneliness that we keep hidden behind a smile and the "I'm okay.”
