On this week's Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten discusses the assassination of political activist Charlie Kirk, at a college event in Utah. Josh says that Kirk represented a voice of moral clarity both on domestic issues in the U.S. and was a staunch supporter of Israel. The murder suspect was taken into custody as the investigation now proceeds.

Despite many legal challenges and the tremendous resources of Arabs and their supporters, there are buildings and neighborhoods being redeeemed and once again home to Jewish families. Daniel explains how they have changed the face of the Old City, the City of David and the surrounding areas in the Shiloach and Mount of Olives and more. It’s a small comfort for the grief but the Jewish return to the homeland en masse was prophesied and is coming true. No one said it would be easy and it’s not. With prayers for all who need them.

During the recording of this week's Israel Uncensored with Josh Hasten, the news broke that 15 Israelis were wounded, two seriously in a Jerusalem terrorist shooting attack. Before the news broke, Josh discussed the latest posts by President Donald Trump warning Hamas that this was their last chance to return the hostages in order to begin negotiations towards ending the war. However, Prime Minister Netanyahu continues to insist that in addition to Hamas releasing the hostages, the terrorist organization must be disarmed before the war can end. Her father’s funeral, the travel, the shiva, the joy in her new grandson and her return to guiding. המקום ינחם ‘The Makom will console you in grief’ is what she heard during her mourning week. Makom traditionally means Hashem, but it literally means ‘the Place’. And so it is for her- the Land is providing healing. It’s seen it all and more.

A group of 80 orthodox rabbis have written letters to the Israeli government urging the prevention of "mass starvation" in Gaza. On this week's Israel Uncensored, Josh Hasten says the only thing the rabbis have achieved is spreading the "hunger campaign" PR lies of Hamas. At the same time, the group also lashed out against "settler violence," once again falling for Hamas/PA lies targeting the Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria.  Perhaps the rabbis wrote the letters to clear their own consciences, however in doing so, they have caused immeasurable harm to the State of Israel.

Nationwide protests gridlocked Israel on Sunday, as demonstrators called for the end to the war and reaching a deal to release the hostages. Prime Minister Netanyahu fired back saying that ending the war now without defeating Hamas, would ensure that the atrocities of October 7 will repeat themselves again and again. All Israelis want the hostages freed, but unfortunately anti-government activists have taken over the demonstrations, as they haven't been able to defeat Netanyahu at the ballot box.
