In this episode of the Industry Partner Series, we host guest Mike Gore-Hickman of Painter Growth. Mike grew his painting company to $200k/month right out of college. He now runs Painter Growth, the fastest-growing business coaching for painting contractors in the country, and has helped over 1,000 painting companies scale over the past 5 years.
One misunderstanding we hear from painting contractors is that sales psychology is just manipulation of the customers. But it’s actually not! It’s understanding the way they’re thinking so we can communicate how to solve their problem or satisfy the emotion they’re after. When you understand want vs. need selling and how to connect with your buyer to speak their language, you will have a much higher success rate in helping your customers achieve their goals.
