His love for making noise with computers began at a young age. Influenced by the pioneering sounds of breakbeat and ambient, Jannik has honed a unique and minimalistic style, drawing inspiration from artists such as Skee Mask, Aquarian, Aphex Twin, and Stanislav Tolkachev. In 2015, Jannik was introduced to the innovative sounds of Sleeparchive, and the two artists quickly formed a connection. After long conversations about music, Sleeparchive invited Jannik to release on his label, a major milestone in Jannik's career. Today, he continues to be influenced by Sleeparchive's groundbreaking work and incorporates elements of his style into his own music. After taking a five-year hiatus from music, Jannik is back and more motivated than ever. The recent innovations in sound after the COVID-19 pandemic have reignited his passion for creating music and he is excited to share his new work with the world. TECHNO After a loooooong break in this series, I am very pleased to restart it again with ona:v | Dj, producer, and promoter from Poland based in Edinburgh. I discovered Vera through her radio shows and podcasts always containing little gems. So I'm glad today that she participates in the reopening of this podcast with a techno set containing tracks of Norbak, Tensal, Translate, CJ Bolland, James Ruskin and many more. Enjoy! A scientist by day and a DJ by night, the Edinburgh-based artist is an integral figure in her locale. Founder of the female and non-binary collective EPiKA, she curates a bi-monthly party called CiRCLE, where she books female and non-binary names from the harder side of techno and electro. In 2021/22, she streamed from Berlin’s HÖR Radio. In addition to her residency and internal work at Sisu, she garners three radio residencies on Fnoob, EHFM and Threads. Labels including Pollination UK, Let’s Techno and Paradise Palms Records have released her driving productions, with an upcoming debut EP on Diffuse Reality. Thanks for listening and sharing

Currently busy in the studio working on his sole productions as well as managing Alien Technology HQ label collective, Dan already had a string of releases on a number of world renowned record labels such as Bedrock Records and hard house powerhouse Toolbox to name just a few. While being regarded for many years as a force within the hard dance scene with his Rebel Frequency project, when it comes to slower bpm Dan is also on point - as his Rhythm Design joint collaboration with Anton Vishniakov (Rise And Fall, Bonzai Progressive, Particles, Perfecto) received constant support from the likes of Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha and John Digweed himself. As a DJ Dan first stepped on the stage in 2001 and since then has appeared at numerous events with gigs stretching to Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Europe and most recently Central America. He performed alongside many respected DJs and producers including Tomcraft, Marcus Schossow, The Panacea, DJ Promo, Electric Indigo, Fanu, Mark Maitland to name just a few, showcasing himself as a versatile DJ capable of working in a wide variety of styles from House and Garage to Techno and Hard Dance.
