Drone Safety
This week we discuss the dangerous hazards of flying drones over the Fires in Arizona.. AZ Mike gives his account of the fires close to his home and how Drones caused the fire fighting aircraft to call off the supression due to drones flying in the area. AZ Mike gives his account of the emotional rollercoaster on this topic. Sorry for the trouble this week but Shannons feed got dropped during the recording and we could not get his opinion on the matter.

2025 AZEF Preview
In this episode we hear all the preparation going into the 21st Arizona Electric Festival. Shannon take us through whats going on behind the scenes and the new Logo he has created for this years events. The guys stayed after the event to help him out and Jay walks us through the story of how it went. Also Shannon gives advice on making sure your batteries have the right connectors when purchasing online.
The Wings over Springs 2025 event, hosted by the Holly Springs Skyhawks Radio Control Group, supports the Megs Smiles Foundation. The event featured multiple RC areas and drew a large public attendance. Notable guests included AK Mike and Jay, who later shared dinner and discussions about the day’s highlights.

Speaking of Horizon, join the guys as they chat about some of the new preorders coming to the market from Horizon Hobby and Motion RC. Shannon is still helping with the JMEFF prep getting planes ready and hoping he can talk AZ Mike into attending if he can get out of work for that weekend. AMA News 2025

Summer Flying
This week we revisit the follow up from the Big Jolt 2 trip that Shannon and the guys took. The flying was great but the trip home held some suprises as well. Shannon reviews the Gwillikers foam cradles that he used for the T28 trojan. AK Mike gets his runway extended and Jay is unpacking in his new Place and has promised to be on our next episode.
Big Jolt 2025
Welcome to the Parkflyer Podcast for this weeks episode we start in the studio as Shannon Prepares for Big Jolt out in California. We want to thank Shannon for attending the event and bringing us coverage from the event with Craig and Matt in tow. Jreat fun was had by all and despite the mishaps the weekend turned out great. The best paint job was an SR71 painted in FedEx colors along with the Alaskan Salmon paint job that everyone really enjoyed. Our Heartfelt sorrow for our buddy Harry who lost one of his airframes this weekend, sorry to hear about that….Lots of great airplanes were in attendance and some great flying by all the pilots participating. Shannon pointed out that some of the larger Turbine size airframes were converted into EDF and flew really well. Thanks to everyone who participated and to all the pilots who support our podcast.
G.Willikers Aero accessories

We really enjoy the nice foam and neoprene tops that hold our airplanes in place, along with some Tie down strap protector sleeves that hold it to the shelf. EDF Jet Rally
