Description

On The Process Podcast, we explore through personal narratives the ineffable transformational power of trusting the process.

During each episode, our guests share stories of how they have overcome difficult situations, how they have transitioned through new phases in their life, and ultimately what lessons they have learned from their life experiences.

We hope that our listeners gain strength in knowing that they are not alone along their respective journey, and that there is power in their lived experiences. We also hope that our listeners find encouragement in hearing how others have trusted the process to reach their life, career, athletic, and/or academic goals.

TRUST THE PROCESS.
