November is domestic violence month. So for the first Thursday in November, we are re-releasing our past episode about domestic violence. The goal for the episode was to share some of our life experiences and let other women/men know that they aren't alone. Domestic violence isn't healthy and shouldn't be a norm in a healthy relationship. Speak out and most importantly get out. There isn't anything to be ashamed of, it isn't your fault. We love you, be strong.

The game is called "That One Time When..." where a person tells a story and the person after tells a story but their story has to have a matching theme or element to connect them and so forth. For example: Brian tells Stewie about that one Peter fought the chicken. Stewie follows up with a story about the time he fought the kid at the playground who turned out to be his half brother. So in this case the common element would be both stories contained a fight.

In light of the current events, we thought it was important as black women to voice our concerns and feelings in regards to racism. We shared with you some of our personal experiences growing up with the goal to communicate the hurt and anger that comes from being treated differently or disregarded without the respect that the "privileged" get. Our intentions are not to bash any races of people but to speak out in the hope that there is more understanding about how the things that are happening are effecting those who are victimized or at risk to become victims.
