Hey Everyone, This Podcast Episode is giving you the listeners a Podcast Signoff as Well as Shifting Over to A New Podcast Creation. Since February of 2017, almost 9 years ago when I uploaded the first episode of Punky Power: An Unofficial Punky Brewster Podcast and then in May 2017 with the Looking Back on My Wonder Years: An Unofficial Wonder Years Podcast. At the end of December 2026, both of these podcasts will no longer exist and the episodes will be unavailable for you to listen to unless you download them prior to the end December of this year. Over the last few years, you may have noticed I was not as active on either of these podcasting platforms on Soundcloud, yet I still was paying the yearly amount to keep the episodes live for you to listen to. Going forward, I plan to put out a new podcast called Childhood Rewind, where I share reviews of movies and tv shows I grew up with as a kid and teen. This podcast will be aimed at putting out clean content, so more than likely, the Looking Back On My Wonder Years will not be on this new channel as well as other shows I had covered, this of course is due to language and inappropriate content. Going forward I will no longer support the kind of content I used to promote on that podcast platform. I may (it's not definite) possibly re-record some tv episodes or movies if I deem them appropriate for my new channel. This year after my health had started to decline in the Spring and I found myself renewing in my Christian faith and walking with the Lord, I no longer felt comfortable with the content I put out in the past, that version of myself I do not want represented on a public listening platform. Now, not all the episodes of Punky Brewster will be available on this new platform, just a select few from Season 1 - Season 4. The same goes for the Silver Spoons Podcast, Full House Fuller House Podcast , ALF, Small Wonder, and Mr. Belvedere Podcast Episodes which you can currently find available either this Podcast or the Looking Back On My Wonder Years Podcast until the end of December. If you would like, I can run a poll for an episode I can upload based on the popularity. These new episodes that I put out most likely will not include audio clips. I want to thank all the listeners over the years for all their support and reaching out to me. If you choose to follow me on this new adventure, I would love to have you on this journey with me. To find the new podcast, Childhood Rewind, go to Spotify. Thank you for 9 great years!

Punky Power (Search Punky Brewster) Or Looking Back On My Wonder Years
Hello Everyone, Angela here, of the former podcasts Punky Power and Looking Back On My Wonder Years Podcast. Today, I dive into what's been going on in my life, a recent and ongoing health scare that I'm still trying to get answers to and starting my journey as I began my walk with Jesus. I go on to open up to how the Lord has continued to bless me every morning when I wake up and work on letting go and letting God lead me in renewing my faith, building up my strength, and focusing on Him. I also talk about how ten years after purchasing a Bible, I finally opened it just after Easter and began reading the Books Of Gospels, Mark, and Luke and then jumping back to Matthew and finishing up with the Book of John. I will continue reading through the New Testament and then jump to the Beginning with Genesis. If you all would like to follow me on this journey, I appreciate and would welcome the company. Have a Blessed Day!
Hello Everyone, Angela here, the host of Looking Back On My Wonder Years: A Wonder Years Podcast. Today, I covered a TV Movie from the 1990's. It's has two different titles, In The Best of Families: Marriage , Pride and Madness, or the title I'm most familiar with is Bitter Blood. This movie stars Keith Carradine (Andre) and Kelly McGillis (Top Gun and Witness fame) and Harry Hamlin (I only know him from this movie even though he was in other things). Movie Synopsis: This movie was considered one of those movie of the week type that aired back in 1994, it was a mini series split up over two days. This movie is based on real people and events surrounding a divorcee who becomes involved in a romantic relationship with her first cousin. This Southern belle's bitter divorce and relationship with her quirky cousin result in horrific tragedy for many innocent people. This movie centers around the courtship and marriage of Susie Newsome of North Carolina and Tom Leary from Kentucky. His last name was changed for the film. Then after separating from Tom, Susie along with their two sons John and Jim move back to North Carolina, she later files for divorce from Tom leading to a bitter custody battle over the two boys. A few years later Tom remarries and Susie begins a relationship with her first cousin Fritz. As the custody battle rages on, Susie begins to become more involved with Fritz's views of how he sees the world, complete with guns, bunkers and end of the world talk. In all of this many people's lives are taken, first Tom's mother and sister Janie are killed in Kentucky and then Susie's parents and grandmother, just before the hearing for the custody of the two boys who this whole time live in fear of what will happen to themselves while in their mother in Fritz's care. Tom's been trying to get sole custody of the boys and making sure they're being properly taken care of after previous visits with the boys showed visible signs of neglect at the hands of their mother. Everything culminating to a horrific conclusion. Leaving the audience on the edge of their seat and jaws on the floor. I hope you all enjoy this podcast episode, just be aware, this one is about 5 hours long.
Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of She's A Small Wonder: A Small Wonder Podcast. Well, after 6 years of covering all the episodes of the show Small Wonder, we've finally reached the end of the Series with the four final episodes of Season 4. Today, I covered S4E21: The Tattletale, which aired on April 29, 1989. In this episode a gossip reporter reveals Vicki's secret. I was a little surprised by this episode, because I just assumed the reporter was a woman, when it turns out to be someone who went to college with Ted and Joan. This was creative and had Harriet, Jamie and Reggie dressed like Vicki towards the end of the episode and doing a song and dance routine. S4E22: The Strike, which aired on May 6, 1989. In this episode Ted's union strike inspires the whole family. This episode also has a side plot of the kids in Jamie's class going on strike after their demands are not met, one of these demands is allowing the kids to bring their pets to school in a daycare situation. Interesting, Joan meets them halfway and tells them they can have a pet day show and tell once a month. The vending machine part of their demands is a kid wish list of things they wish they could have in school. Ted's demands from his co workers to the Union board aren't wrong, increase percentage in profit sharing and more coverage for dental as well as a pay increase. Normal things any employee would want. S4E23: See No Evil, which aired on May 13, 1989. In this episode Vicki's eyesight is failing, so she cannot identify bike thieves. This was a goofy episode, Vicki wearing eyeglasses, granted it's understandable, things wear out and often need to be replaced. Ted gets Jamie a new bike, which then proceeds to get stolen in the schoolyard and Vicki has to help identify the thieves based on their voices. This episode was just ok. and finally the last episode of Season 4 and the final episode of the show. S4E24: Thy Neighbor's Wife, which aired on May 20, 1989. In this episode Joan poses as Mrs. Brindle to impress a businessman. I hated this episode because it centered around Brandon and him trying to impress a Japanese businessman because he wants to hire a "family man" and after a fight with Bonnie who takes Harriet and moves into a hotel, Brandon is in a bind and begs Joan to pretend to be Bonnie, he even has Joan and Vicki dress in what now a days would be considered racially insensitive kimonos and delivering lines that would not pass for appropriate by todays TV standards. Ted was written out for most of the episode for a flight to Texas, but then comes back in the last 5 minutes. Richard Christie (Ted Lawson) actually directed this final episode. He did a good job. Well, there you have it, I hope you all enjoy these last episodes of the show and thank you so much for listening to this podcast on Small Wonder for the last 6 years. Have a great Summer everyone!
