On this week's show: -The Ravens made a trade. How are we feeling about a future second round pick for Cam Jurgens? -Lamar Jackson is (probably) out for the Falcons game. Can the Ravens win with Tyler Huntley at QB? -Let's talk about the defense. Why isn't it better? -I'M TIRED of us trying to make sports media topics that doesn't actually exist. Like Mason Miller and Max Fried's paternity. Or Lane Johnson's retirement. -And I'M TIRED of some (ahem Marlon Humphrey ahem) not standing on business
Welcome into a Wednesday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, plenty to get to as we continue to monitor the latest on Lamar Jackson and his status for Sunday night’s matchup with the Atlanta Falcons. We still don’t have a definitive answer on whether he’ll be available this week, we’ll react to the latest updates and discuss what the Ravens offense could look like if Tyler Huntley is forced to make his first start of the season. Plus, we’ll spend some time with Drew Forrester from DrewsMorningDish.com, who joins us in studio to talk about everything going on in the sports world as we get his thoughts on the Ravens, Lamar Jackson and Sunday night, but we’ll also get into the Orioles and the MLB postseason, the latest around hockey and whatever else Drew has on his mind. Then at 12pm, we’ll welcome in Shawn Syed, football data analyst for Sumer Sports, to dive deeper into the Ravens and talk about the offense under new offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, what the numbers tell us about what this offense is doing well, where it still needs to improve, and how the Ravens might have to adjust if Lamar can’t play and much more.
Welcome into a Tuesday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, lots to go over as we react to the latest on Lamar Jackson’s ankle injury which held him out of the second half of Sunday’s game. Nothing out of the ordinary as we got the usually ‘shrug emoji’ from Jesse Minter when asked about Lamar’s status, we’ll talk all about what that means for Sunday night against an Atlanta Falcons team that looked like world beaters on Monday Night Football last night and assess if Tyler Huntley is capable of leading this offense to a victory. It is a Tuesday so that means we’ll go inside the “The Coach’s Office with Marvin Lewis” and talk to him all about Sunday’s win over the Titans, what Lamar Jackson’s injury means for the team, his thoughts on the defense, Tyler Huntley and much more! Plus, we’ll check in with Ken Zalis and preview Waiver-Wire Wednesday as we talk Fantasy Football. And the boys will go over the Five Plays That Told The Story of Sunday's Game!
Time for a victory Monday edition of Glenn Clark Radio, that’s right the Ravens held on and defeated the Tennessee Titans by a score of 24-18 in Week 4, unfortunately we’ve come away feeling a little bit more down than usual, Lamar Jackson didn’t play the second half so the offense didn’t score a single point in the second half. We’ll break it all down, get you the latest on Lamar Jackson as speculation grows surrounding his ankle, on top of other injuries that popped up over the course of the game. We’ll talk everything Ravens as we recap a busy sports weekend, the Terps lost again and off the field drama increases around the Orioles despite their season ending over a week ago. At 11:20am, we will talk Ravens with our good friend, former Ravens TE and Super Bowl Champion Daniel Wilcox of the ‘We Bleed Purple’ podcast as we get his thoughts on the Ravens win, Lamar’s injury, Tyler Huntley’s backup performance and much more! Then at 11:45am, we will continue to talk football with Trey Wingo from the Trey Wingo Network, and get his thoughts on the 3-1 Ravens, the AFC North and NFL as a whole as we recap week 4. All that plus the boys will dish out their Pats on the Ass as well!
