Get caught up on the highlights of the Pepper & Dylan Show and take a deeper dive into the funny, random, and sometimes crazy thoughts of Pepper, Dylan, and Robbie the Intern on the Pepper & Dylan podcast. If they had longer hair, this is where they’d let those flowing locks down and get away with the things they may not be able to say on morning radio.

We may have identified the oldest mattress in the city. Dylan is left wondering where a mystery pail in his basement came from. We get a visit from Pepper's mom, Trudy. We launched some merch items as a tribute to her. The struggles of having to manage loved ones estates after they pass. We make a list of the best sports movies. Is Cool Runnings the best ones? It turns out, we have the ashes of a famous dog's relatives in our studio show urn. We wrap up the week by recapping the rights and the wrongs.
We argue about something that really doesn't matter in any way and spend much too much time doing it. The good scale debate. Dylan takes a stance on allowing pets in stores. He thinks people should not be allowed to bring their fur babies into every establishment. Robbie makes the argument that kids can be just as much of a nuisance as pets. Pepper has a very wholesome reaction to getting a surprise present from Dylan and his stepson. If you know Pepper, you'd know he has a massive love of elastics. Pepper makes a shocking observation about Dylan's current relationship. Now it seems like Dylan's world is shook!
Do you offer milk as a beverage to guests? Is milk just for kids? An Ozzy Osbourne biopic is in the works. We make a list of the biopics we're surprised they haven't made yet. Pepper has some questions about scammers. We have some concerns about phone number harvesting. We chat about the movie theater that decided to restart a movie for some late customers. Some other movie theater horror stories.
Dylan thinks he has the ultimate loophole when it comes to BOGO type sales. He learned this from a 9-year-old on TikTok so it may not be the best loophole. We wish a brave man good luck on his vasectomy and Pepper gives him some sound advice. Since he's a 2 time vasectomy survivor, Pepper has some tips and warnings to make his recovery better so it doesn't need to be redone. We hear some horror stories from companies taking advantage of their customers. Is it okay for a mechanic to use your car for personal errands if you have to leave it at the shop anyway? Do some dry cleaners wear your clothes? Do you let plumbers use your bathroom? Pepper has a question about Relish. We rely on the audience to settle an on going argument between Robbie & Pepper. We can finally put it to rest!
Are you supposed to write your name on lotto tickets when you give them as a gift? Pepper criticizes his ex-wife of being a gift giving jerk. What's the etiquette on making exchanges with gift receipts? If you could find out ONE THING from the future, what would that be? Pizza chat takes over the show for a little bit. Our idea, that's already an idea, that would be a game changer for pizza places.
Today is the 20th anniversary of the show's launch in Edmonton. We spent the morning playing archived audio, sharing memories, and reminiscing with the audience over some of our most iconic moments as a show. It's been a wild ride and we've loved almost every minute of it. We have some BIG things planned to celebrate all year long. Here are some highlights from our anniversary show.
By request, Dylan tells the story of the time he got fired from KFC for getting in a fight with a customer on Twoonie Tuesday. We discuss some of the other struggles customer service representatives face. Some Edmontonians are venting their frustrations about the city's snow removal so far. Dylan thinks we should ease up on the snow removal professionals. Chore quirks. Do you get obsessive over things and can't stop until you're done? Do certain types of obsessive people clash in relationships?
He thought they were grown up, moving on, and starting their own lives but that's not the case anymore. Pepper reacts to finding out his other kid has also decided to move home. From an empty nest to a full house in a matter of weeks. Parents can certainly relate to his mindset here.
Recapping some indulgences over the holidays. The present that influencers say will shake your fat away. Another Pepper anecdote. Is a bad headache actually a good headache? A candidate for our 2026 fact of the year. The super lame order Pepper is super excited to get. Some new items and a brand new look to our merch store at pepperanddylanshow.com. Happy new year!
