What happens when two powerhouses—Tom Ferry, the world’s leading real estate coach and Nick, broker of the #1 real estate company in Baja mogul, —sit down to share their secrets? You get a raw, inspiring, and sometimes hilarious conversation about passion, success, and what it truly takes to lead!
In this electrifying episode of The Nick Fong Podcast, Nick welcomes Tom, a man who has redefined success for countless real estate professionals. He was in town just 24 hours to be at the Tom Ferry 2024 Cabo Luxury Mastermind.
But this isn’t just another motivational talk. This is a journey into the mind of someone who’s orchestrated over 200 flights and nearly 100 speaking events this year—all while staying laser-focused on his "zone of greatness."
Tom dives deep, recounting his unapologetic investment in personal growth—$250K annually on coaches, advisors, and exclusive events—all to sharpen his edge. He reflects on how simplicity, like hand-washing his son’s soccer uniform, grounds him in an otherwise relentless schedule.
Meanwhile, Nick reveals his own struggles with leadership transparency, learning the art of delivering the right message to the right audience.
But this episode isn’t all work and no play. Their conversation takes surprising detours—Tom's iconic first concert experience (KISS, with rockets and fire!) and Nick’s reflections on cultural immersion during a trip to Istanbul. Layered with humor and historical tangents, including a comedic deep dive into Young Frankenstein, the dialogue keeps you hooked from start to finish.
The Big Takeaway: Great leaders don’t just hustle—they evolve. Tom’s bold vision, his emphasis on passion, remind us that success is born from discomfort and courage.
Whether you’re looking to boost your sales, refine your leadership skills, or simply hear two industry giants swap stories, this episode is packed with inspiration and strategies you’ll carry with you long after it’s over.
Are you ready to discover what makes greatness tick?

Are you looking to start a career in the Real Estate industry in Baja?
10 years ago I went from being a single agent in Cabo San Lucas to now having a team of over 50 agents and 50+ staff members. My company Ronival Real Estate offers now service in all Baja California Sur representing buyers, sellers and homeowners who need property management services.
What made the change? I started early on with new technology and did what the best agents did before. Also, I got a Real Estate coach who has helped me to level up the game.
My guest on this first episode of The Nick Fong Podcast is my personal and my team's real estate coach Bill Pipes. Bill is the second in command of the Tom Ferry Organization, and one of the best coaches in the world.
Bill has helped many teams in his career to succeed and achieve the goals they set, grow their income and achieve a better quality of life. If I were you I would make an appointment with you to watch or listen to this episode even if you are already a Real Estate agent and you are thriving to achieve your goals.
Bill is familiar with Cabo San Lucas and some more areas of Baja California Sur as he has been coming to this area for several years.
