On this episode, i share briefly about user persona and why it is important to build for humans. Some times, we jump into building products that's supposed to address a user's need but end up making their lives harder. We skip the process of creating a representation of the people we are building for but strive to meet business goals ignoring that you really need to provide the actual solution to the user's problem(s).
