When it comes to women in sports, starting young is critical. That’s why Melyssa Jaskiewicz started Leveling the Fields. To hear about her journey in sports, from being the VP of Sales at Sideline Sports to Founder and Executive Director of Leveling the Fields, she joined Justin and Matt for a great conversation.
