Description

Jeffrey Epstein was a multi millionaire who had political and business ties to some of the most rich and powerful people in the world. From businessmen to politicians at the highest levels, Epstein broke bread with them all.

Yet for years the Legacy media and the rest of high society looked the other way and ignored his behavior as multiple women came forward with allegations of abuse.

Even after he was convicted and subsequently received a sweetheart deal those same so called elites welcomed him back with open arms.

Now after his death and the arrest of Maxwell, the real story is starting to come together and the curtain has begun to be drawn back and what it has revealed is truly disturbing.

From Princes to Ex Presidents, the cast of scoundrels in this play spans continents and political affiliations leaving us with a transcontinental criminal conspiracy possibly unlike any we have ever seen before.

In this podcast we will explore all of the levels of Jeffrey Epstein and his criminal enterprise.

From his most trusted assistants to obscure associates, we will leave no stone unturned as we swim through the muck searching for clarity and answers to some of the most pressing questions of the case.

From interviews with people directly involved in the case to daily updates, the Epstein Chronicles will have it all.

Just like our other project, The Jeffrey Epstein Show, you can expect no punches pulled and consistent content. We have covered the Epstein case daily(everyday since October 1st 2019) and will continue to do so until there are convictions. With a library of well over 1k shows, you can expect a ton of content coming your way including on scene reporting from the Maxwell trial and from places like Zorro Ranch.

Thank you for tuning in and I look forward to having you all along for the ride.

Jeffrey Epstein had his tentacles slithered into many pies and one of the most fertile hunting grounds for him was always John Brockman's so called Billionaire's dinner. A get together of some of the most powerful people in technology, academia, finance and politics, the dinner provided the perfect place for Epstein to ply his trade and entice people with his offerings. They were displayed in such a matter that you could not miss them.Yet person after person who spent time there claims that they never had any clue that Epstein was a prolific pedophile. As more and more evidence begins to pile up...that excuse certainly will be a hard sell.(Commercial at 9:09)To contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/10868574/nude-photos-of-ghislaine-maxwell-and-young-woman-displayed-at-jeffrey-epstein-palm-beach-mansion-in-raid-footage/amp/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

With accusations that Karen Read is being framed coming hot and heavy from her supporters and her legal team, the prosecution has been adamant that everything is on the up and up and that their investigation has been completely by the book.    While we won't know for certain what the truth is or what the jury believes is the truth for weeks, one thing that is certain is this:   A federal invesigation was underway.     In this episode, we get a look at the letters between the federal government and the prosecutors office.(commercial at 10:38(to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Letters Between Feds, Norfolk DA Released in Karen Read Case | PDF (scribd.com)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
Is Richard Allen his own worst enemy?   According to reports, he most certainly is, considering he has allegedly confessed to over 30 people that he killed Abby and Libby.   Is it that cut and dry though?  Or is there more bubbling under the surface? In our second article:  Judge Frances Gull, the judge overseeing the Richard Allen trial has ruled that Richard Allen's legal team will not be held in contempt of court.    The ruling comes after the request was made by the prosecutor due to the many missteps of Richard Allen's team along the way.   While the Judge did not charge them with contempt, she did call them negligent and sloppy.   Richard Allen's trial kicks off on May 13th.   (commercial at 8:49)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Judge finds Delphi defense team 'incompetent' but not in contempt (fox59.com)source:Delphi murders: Man charged with killing girls is 'own worst enemy,' expert says | Fox NewsBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
As the Karen Read trial continues to sizzle, the Jury decided that they needed to take a field trip to the scene of the crime so that they could have get a first hand look at where Mr. Okeefe's body was found.   While it's not a common practice for a jury to visit a crime scene, it's certainly not unheard of.   We saw the same thing in the Alex Murdaugh trial recently, and several others in the past, such as the OJ trial.   So, why would a jury want to visit a crime scene?A jury might want to visit a crime scene for several reasons:Better Understanding: Visiting the crime scene firsthand allows jurors to gain a deeper understanding of the events that occurred. They can see the physical layout, distances involved, lighting conditions, and other factors that might not be fully conveyed through testimony or photographs.Context: Being at the crime scene provides context for the evidence presented during the trial. Jurors can see how various pieces of evidence fit into the overall narrative of the case.Assessment of Witness Testimony: Jurors can evaluate the credibility of witness testimony by comparing it to their observations of the crime scene. This can help them determine whether a witness's account aligns with the physical evidence and conditions at the scene.Immediacy: Visiting the crime scene allows jurors to experience the environment in real-time, which can have a more significant impact than simply hearing descriptions or viewing photographs in the courtroom.Emotional Impact: Seeing the crime scene firsthand can evoke emotions in jurors, which may influence their perception of the case. This emotional connection can make the evidence more relatable and memorable.Verification of Evidence: Jurors can verify the accuracy of evidence presented in court by comparing it to their observations at the crime scene. This includes things like the location of objects, bloodstains, or other physical evidence. In this episode we break down the field trip by the jury and where things currently stand in the Karen Read trial.  (commercial at 10:27)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Karen Read trial: Jurors visit home where John O’Keefe was found dead - masslive.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Tartaglione was also accused of involvement in cocaine distribution. Before his legal troubles, Tartaglione served as a police officer in New York. However, his arrest and subsequent legal proceedings drew significant attention, especially given the severity of the charges against him and his previous occupation in law enforcement. The case garnered media coverage due to its complexities and Tartaglione's background. While he was incarcerated at MCC, he was put in a cell with Jeffrey Epstein.   What happened in that cell when Epstein allegedly attempted suicide the first time?   According to Tartaglione he is the hero.  Jeffrey Epstein was singing a different tune though.(commercial at 7:31)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Attorney Says Epstein Never Committed Suicide; He Wanted to Fight Charges & Get Out on Bail | Yonkers TimesBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
One of the favored places for people like Epstein to park their money is in high end art. Jean Luc Brunel was a key cog in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise. From procuring girls from war torn nations for Epstein to facilitating their travel to and from his properties, Brunel was always present. There were many warnings about Brunel given by many women and all of those warnings were ignored by many in the fashion industry who put the well being of the models behind their own profits. In this episode, we hear from four of the women who were abused by Brunel and how the people around them who were supposed to protect them, ignored the abuse. A civil complaint filed against someone for sexual abuse typically outlines the allegations of sexual misconduct, assault, harassment, or exploitation perpetrated by the defendant against the plaintiff. It details the specific incidents of abuse, the damages suffered by the victim, and seeks legal remedies such as compensation for physical and emotional harm, punitive damages, and injunctive relief. The complaint also identifies the legal basis for the lawsuit, which may include claims of negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, or violation of civil rights. In this episode, we take a look at the original complaint filed by Virginia Roberts against Ghislaine Maxwell.(commercial at 11:19)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Microsoft Word - GM Complaint Final (courtlistener.com)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
Las Vegas is the kind of place where you always expect wild and odd things to go down, but even in Las Vegas, you never expect to see a man eating another mans face.    However, that's exactly what happened in front of 7-11 that is located on Las Vegas Blvd (The Strip) And Charleston.   The man, who told police that he hadn't slept for days and that he was "tweaking" when the attack happened, but besides that had nothing else to share with the police officers at the time of his arrest.  A competency hearing has been scheduled. In our second article we head back out to Utah to check in on Kouri Richins and the state of Utah's case against her.   According to new reports, the prosecutors are now looking to attain information shared with a divorce lawyer, prior to her husband Eric's death.    The lawyer in question has challenged the request and now a judge will make the final decision.(commercial at 8:05)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Prosecutors ask judge to compel Kouri Richins divorce attorney to provide information (kutv.com)Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
Capital murder trials are typically more lengthy and complex than other criminal trials due to several reasons:Severity of the Charges: Capital murder trials involve the most serious of crimes, often resulting in the death penalty or life imprisonment. Given the gravity of the consequences, the legal process is meticulously thorough to ensure justice is served.Scrutiny and Due Process: The Constitution guarantees due process for all individuals, but the stakes are especially high in capital cases. Every aspect of the trial, from jury selection to evidence presentation to sentencing, undergoes intense scrutiny to minimize the risk of error and ensure fairness.Special Legal Procedures: Capital cases often involve specialized legal procedures that aren't present in other criminal trials. For instance, jury selection may be more rigorous, and there may be separate sentencing phases where jurors must weigh aggravating and mitigating factors.Complex Evidence and Witnesses: Capital cases frequently involve complex evidence such as forensic analysis, expert testimony, and multiple witnesses. Sorting through this evidence and presenting it in a clear and understandable manner to the jury takes time.Appeals Process: Capital cases are more likely to be appealed due to their severity. This means that even after the trial is concluded, the legal process may continue for years as appeals are heard by higher courts.Emotional Impact: The emotional toll of capital cases on everyone involved—victims' families, defendants, jurors, and legal professionals—can also prolong the trial. Emotions run high, and this can lead to delays as individuals cope with the stress and trauma of the proceedings.Legal Resources: Both the prosecution and defense teams in capital cases often have access to extensive legal resources to build their cases and defend their positions. This can lead to prolonged pre-trial motions, investigations, and legal wrangling. While all that might be true, it doesn't make it any easier for the Goncalves family, who continue to question the process and the many, many delays.   In this episode, we hear from the Goncalves family who share their feelings on the latest salvo of court filings to hit the docket.  to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:‘This case is turning into a hamster wheel’: Family of slain University of Idaho student frustrated at pace of murder trial | CNNBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
