This is a podcast from the Mount Road Practice PPG (Patient Participation Group). The podcast is an effort to try and reach out to patients who would like to access information about the surgery in a different media format. This may be due to their own preferred methods of accessing data or their own personal circumstances.

Nataliya Cheema, a Practice Clinical Pharmacist for the Newcastle North Primary Care Network (NN-PCN) and Alex Zahorodnyj who is the Lead PCN Pharmacist talked to us about the community pharmacy consultation service (CPCS) service and how it can benefit patients. The Podcast starts with Nataliya talking about the service from the PCN (Surgery) viewpoint for the first 3½ minutes of the podcast and then Alex gives his input from the viewpoint of the Pharmacy for the remainder of the episode I would suggest that you listen to the accompanying podcast from Dr Bradshaw, Episode 21, where Dr Bradshaw explains about appointments at the surgery, as these 2 elements complement each other in expelling how you can get the best out of the services available.
