In this webinar, ROE Dental Lab President, BJ Kowalski, explores the history of splints and guards, and why it has been an unachievable goal to fully digitize their design and manufacturing process... until now. An occlusal splint or orthotic device is a specially designed mouth guard for people who grind their teeth, have a history of pain and dysfunction associated with their bite or temporomandibular joints (TMJ), or have completed a full mouth reconstruction. An occlusal splint is custom-made using detailed study models on an instrument called an articulator that simulates the movement of the jaws. Travis Nelson, Director of Digital Dentistry with Nobel Biocare, starts off our webinar on the NobelProcera Zirconia Implant Bridge by covering everything you could ever need to know about this premium implant-based solution.   NobelProcera® is a premium solution portfolio that provides individualized, high-end, implant-based restorations and services. The NobelProcera® Zirconia Implant Bridge simplifies the partnership between clinicians and technicians thanks to restorative freedom.   Amazing and finally, a 100% zirconia restoration full-arch prosthetic with no copings and no layered ceramics. No copings mean there is no cement, fewer weak areas, and a more hygienic intaglio. Procera monolithic zirconia exhibits high strength and fracture resistance. The Procera bridge is designed and beautified by ROE and milled by Nobel Biocare, and is priced very similarly to our implant-retained zirconia restorations. We know you’ll immediately see this modern solution.   To learn more about the NobelProcera Zirconia Implant Bridge, visit https://www.roedentallab.com/NobelProcera_YT

In part two of this series with Elvis Dahl, we cover locator abutments for MUAs, Clix Ball abutments, and the different retention inserts for each type of implant.   Dentists throughout the United States rely on ROE for support with removable reconstruction restorations. We are your resource for prosthetics. When you need support from the onset, please give us a call and explain the situation and we will help to help set you on the right path. It’s important to note that today not all cases start with implant-level impressions. Today’s complex cases often require special components and planning prior to master impressions to ensure proper design for screw access, appropriate tooth position, esthetics, and functionality.  Learn more about stud attachments, overdentures, and other removable full arch options at https://www.roedentallab.com/removablefullarch
