Because mental health is what Atom holds so close to her heart, on this podcast she will be talking about all the things related to it from our eating habit, how we talk to ourselves, to what kind of environment we're surrounded by and lots more. Basically just life in general because she believes that every little thing has effects on our mental health.

She will be sharing her thoughts from her personal experiences as a 23-year-old with the hope of helping the community become a better place for everyone's mental health.

Hey guys !! Long time no see! I'm back with another episode :) As the end of my 4th year is approaching, I thought I would do a "10 things I learned in my 4th year" episode. Briefly about those things, they revolve around the environment on the hospital wards I've experienced and how importance kindness is and how that has affected me. This year sure has not been easy but it has taught me so many things I didn't see coming as well as didn't know I needed, which I will forever be grateful for. I didn't think I would make it through the year at the beginning of this academic year. Big thanks to my support system. Without them I would not be here. hello lovely ppl !! On today's episode, I talk about how my experience in my first clinical rotation was which was gynecology rotation. Do you look at their situations from your point of view or their point of view? And why do you think you respond the way you do?  In today's episode, I introduce you some responses that I've both gotten and given to others and how they can make the one struggling feel. However, everything here is only based on my personal opinions.
