S'yempre, in true Monnica fashion, late na sa Valentine's Day ang pag-post ko nito (hindi na February 14 sa kahit saang parte ng mundo!) pero araw-araw namang bida ang ating mga puso. Dapat.

Sa lamig dito sa Canada, hindi ko naman na-mi-miss ang pumunta sa Baguio. Pero na-mi-miss kong i-associate ang lamig sa pag-escape from my adulting responsibilities. Malamig po, parang Baguio, pero mas malamig!

This is a special Christmas episode with the special HuMonns of My Life: Guada, Jezille, ate Joh, and Ridj - in no particular order, ang keso, niyog, red egg, at condensed milk ng buhay ko. YIIIE And in classic chikahan with these humans, nagbalik-tanaw kami sa mga ganap tuwing Pasko nung high school. Mula sa exchange gift na taun-taon na lang na mug, sa mga pak na pak na outfit-an, hanggang sa pabonggahan (o paunahan sa madaling dalhin?) na ambag sa potluck. Sana ma-enjoy n'yo ang kwentuhan namin kasi kami, hindi naman gaanong halata, na-enjoy namin ang mini-Christmas party na ito. Hehe I love you, friends!

Here's an experience we collectively go through every day, most of our days: commuting. Mapa-bus papuntang probinsya, taxi papuntang Megamall, trike papunta sa kabilang kanto, [tatlong] jeep papuntang school para lang bumalik ulit dahil suspended ang klase, or MRT during rush hour - lahat 'yan, i-chi-chika ko.
