Love this episode! In my opinion, when women are “too vocal/loud” we get gaslighted into shrinking. A lot of times it’s from the same people who say, “you’re a boss babe who can do whatever she wants” and when we do build the courage to shine, it becomes “too much”. Oy vey. Keep these episodes coming Heather!
