In this episod of Enable Talks, we speak with former Enable employee, Ryan, who worked on an Enable project in Fife before pursuing his dream of becoming a primary school teacher.Over the years Ryan has built up a good understanding of the needs of children who require additional support. He has the understanding to empathise with and build positive relationships with parents of children he works with.Ryan is also a father to a young child who started school last summer for the first time. Ryan was invited to share some tips and strategies on how to support children return to school through his own personal teaching experience.We hope you enjoy today's podcast.
