As Frank continues his vacation, the 2 Guys are releasing a series of "interludes," watchalongs with terrible movies that give a glimpse into the oft-referenced Saturday night Zoom calls that Frank, Chris, and friend of the podcast Orion Wellmaker have. This watchalong is for the 2012 Steven Seagal and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin-led Maximum Conviction.
The 2 Guys introduce a supplemental podcast to the supplemental podcast, The Spin Chagrin, where we discuss "chagrin" movies that haven't been featured on the podcast before. The first inductee into the Chagrin Cha-greats is the 1984 movie that wasn't completed until 2021, New York Ninja. The film footage was held for thirty plus years in a film lab before Vinegar Syndrome bought it and had someone edit together the footage and commissioned voiceover work. It's a true gem of "chagrin" films.
As Frank continues his vacation, the 2 Guys are releasing a series of "interludes," watchalongs with terrible movies that give a glimpse into the oft-referenced Saturday night Zoom calls that Frank, Chris, and friend of the podcast Orion Wellmaker have. This watchalong is...something. The movie is titled L.A. AIDS Jabber, and if those words don't make sense to you, don't feel bad. This is about a man who contracts HIV and then goes around stabbing people with syringes of his blood.
As Frank continues his vacation, the 2 Guys are releasing a series of "interludes," watchalongs with terrible movies that give a glimpse into the oft-referenced Saturday night Zoom calls that Frank, Chris, and friend of the podcast Orion Wellmaker have. This watchalong is for the much-derided 2008 sequel to Boogeyman, featuring Jigsaw himself, Tobin Bell.
As Frank is on vacation in Thailand, he gives us the most chagrin he experienced on his flights around the globe. This week, he covers 2024's adaptation of It Ends with Us, a movie most known for its recent controversy with Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. We also talk airports and Thai food.
In a rare special edition, the 2 Guys discuss the Netflix revival of the Beverly Hills Cop franchise, Axel F., starring the original cast of Eddie Murphy, Judge Reinhold, and John Ashton.
As is tradition with the 2 Guys 5 Movies podcast, they sit down off-schedule to discuss the new Mike Flanagan Netflix series, The Fall of the House of Usher, which debuted this past weekend on Netflix. For those that don't know, the series adapts several Edgar Allan Poe short stories and weaves them into a grand narrative for this miniseries. The cast includes many Flanagan regulars - Bruce Greenwood, Carla Gugino, Henry Thomas, Rahul Kohli, Samantha Sloyan, T'Nia Miller, Carl Lumbly - and some newcomers - Mary McDonnell and Mark Hamill, notably. Please be aware that this is spoiler-heavy, so watch this great series on Netflix before listening.
With Frank still on vacation, the 2 Guys prerecorded a special Chagrin episode - their first ever rewatch of the dreadful Catwoman film starring Halle Berry, Sharon Stone, and Benjamin Bratt. As of May 2023, the film is on HBO, so feel free to give it a watch with us!
In this holiday bonus episode of The Spin Chagrin series, Frank summarizes and reviews Santa Buddies, the holiday film of the Buddies universe.

Hey what's up guys I also live in Delaware I found your podcast a couple years ago. Hearing all the Delaware Maryland references is great. I currently live behind the Wawa and Kohls'. my brother worked at that regal Cinemas too. JoJo's breakfast rules! also my Aunt went to Newark high School with Judge Reinhold and graduated the same year. Another good breakfast spot in Delaware is called Drip Cafe there's one in hockessin and there's one in Newark next to main Street.
Nice work frank I really enjoyed it.
