Today I am tall King about returning to a store I have placed on Notice of Criminal Liability for discriminating against Me for having a medical exemption to wearing a mask.  I read the Notice on the call and talk about why Notices are such a powerful Way to stop further trespass.

Today I'm tall King about whatever is on My Mind; the recent change of heart Facebook has announced with respect to the origins of SarsCoV2, Canada as King of the RCC for an apology after finding the remains of many children buried beneath an old school, and the disingenuous approach Canada's health care professionals are taking in regards to the various vaccines that prevent physicians from disclosing alternative remedies in violation of their oath as healthcare providers. Also some important information and links regarding Our inherent rights and where to find those protections in Canadian law.  Links discussed on the call are for the Department of Justice of Canada website and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

Alright, a much shorter call tonight to finish going over the beginning of My Story, the Cestui Que Vie that was the first True Statement of My Life as a Living Man.  It is a Claim of Right upon One's Life, and it can be in whatever form One Wishes it to be, so long as the Intent and Purpose of the document is clearly understood. Well, after a rather abrupt end to relay-Sean's with minister Edward, I had to consider a new direct-Sean for this Bod's Pod Casting of Magic.  The Good News is, the Letter from Canada's Registrar General confirms that it does not register or hold authority of People.  One of the reasons for the War of Words with Edward is his belief that the state presumes to hold a claim of right over the Value of One's Life by Way of the Live Birth Record's registration - despite the fact he is reading a letter from the Registrar General's Office directly stating it does not. That has always been My belief because if it were, it would be a contract of bondage and slavery which could never be legally binding anyway, never Mind the fact that the individual is not even consciously aware enough at the time of its creation to have any legal capacity to contract. The 'War of Words' with minister Edward was beneficial for Me in other Ways because prior to the Letter from the Registrar, I may have enjoyed debating Edward on the Matter.  But I am not going to waste time disputing a point that has already been clearly established by the office responsible for those records. So now I can speak to People from a perspective of knowledge, not belief.  At the very least in Canada, the state "does not register or presume to hold authority of People".  The commercial system works the same Way in every country, so My presumption is that the same is True everywhere.  Our voluntary participation is required. This podcast introduces some of the things I Will be tall King about in what Will now be the beginning of Season 2.  I Will also be including a new series called "Letters out Loud", which Will be a collection of the Letters I have sent to Canada's government read by Me, along with the response (if any) and an explanation of the Letter, why I Write the Way I do, and other additional insights.  The compilation Will eventually comprise an audio record of My Common Law efforts to dissolve My public Trust in government, re-Telling My Story in audio format. Episode 1 of a new series, 'Man Verses State' where I Will be sharing all Court proceeding related to My Trust obligate-Sean's. ;)Yeah, this is just a corrupt Justice for the Ontario Court of Justice colluding with a rogue prosecutor in an attempt to proceed against Me off the Record in a completely bogus Court 'Trial Hearing' the (official office) for the Provincial Crown Attorney knows NOTHING about.If a Judge or Justice Will NOT confirm they are there on their Oath and Bond, get out of that Court as fast as You can!!! The moment a Justice or Judge refuses to confirm they're Acting on their Oath and Bond is the moment they are no longer war King in any official capacity. It's just a funny looking costume cloaking failed (satanic) Magic and impotent Spells.The Justice refuses to confirm their Oath and Bond to the Court AND refuses to provide their name (first or last) for the Record. Typically, the name of the JP is before their window on the Zoom call - not today!It is also worthy to note that I believe the ONLY Way public were able to attend would have been by Zoom or telephone because the Courthouse was completely empty except for Me, Vinicius, the JP, the clerk of the Court and a security dude who came and went (or at least out of view of camera). This might be one of the most educational trial hearings this corrupt Justice of the Peace has ever had...All parties abandon the Court and leave it completely empty with Me at the helm of the 'ship'. So I take advantage of not being muted by the Court clerk and state the facts for the official Court of Record. By the time they return, the case is already dismissed and they continue with their games so I advise I am leaving and do.Enjoy!
