This couldn't be more relevant to my situation. I would wake up with panic attacks this winter and then in April I had a week where I had a couple nights where I didn't sleep at all and others where I couldn't get back to sleep and then it snow balled on itself. it did so for about a month. I found your channel and Martin reeds and understanding sleep and not trying to force it. I tried, dleep hygiene sleeping pills, natural supplements, etc. I tried everything. As soon as I stopped using stuff and basically gave up everything I was doing, I had a breakthrough. I've slept really good for the most part for the last 6-7 weeks but still have nights every now and then where maybe I slept only an hour or hardly at all. maybe 3-4 nights like that. It all comes back to the anxiety of it. so thanks for the advice and helping to forget it and get back on track
