I wouldn’t be who I am without the pain, mistakes, the triumphs, the children, the husband, the friends and the family. Every day I learn something new - whether it’s a profound soul lesson, or some new teenage trend I get hooked on. In my daily life, I do tarot readings, I’m the author of ‘Once Upon A Real Life’, I also do dream interpretation and life coaching. I love seeing and understanding different people’s different perceptions on similar situations.

Let me set the scene...as I became steadfast in myboundaries, after a lifetime of being walked all over I felt like the people I stood up to would appreciate constructive criticism (or at least it was in my eyes) but what came with putting myself first, was losing lots of people who I had tolerated conditional relationships with, for too long!
For years, I have heard people say, "Life begins atforty," and "You care less about what everyone thinks when you turn40!"But no one said, involuntarily setting boundaries is theenergetic dress code, and that can leave you lonely and with a huge addition toyour already insufferable self-worth issues! I'm turning forty and I couldn't be more excited...new chapter pending!
This is a poem I wrote 4 years after experiencing the cruel hand of grief when we, as a family lost 4 close family members. I still don't understand how to deal with grief, but this poem helped me in someway and I hope it can help someone else

In this episode I go through the things that have help manifest and also the things that slow us down
I promised that if the Universe could manifest something seemingly impossible for me I would never doubt it's magical power again! Instead I would traipse through my life and work out where and what slowed my manifesting down and what sped it up to help others.

Inner child healing is something I am incredibly passionate about, it’s one of my favourite areas to work in and this is a great tip to give your inner child some love as the festive period rolls around
