I know a lot of the time we let our triggers make us take things personal but the truth is what someone does to us literally has nothing to do with us. Our emotions tell us a different story.
It’s been a while my sweeties! I’ve missed you💗 A lot has been going on and I just wanted to share a little with you.
We may see potential in people and want them to accompany us on our journey but to their own success. It just doesn’t work like that all the time and we end up leaving them behind. It’s ok. That’s life!
Sometimes we fall off and get lost in the noise but the goal is always to find your way back to yourself.
At some point we all must take accountability for the part we play in situations and other peoples lives.

Sometimes life can get so hectic where we feel like we’re stuck on a loop and all of our days are mixed into one but practicing intentionality will help you with that. Live on purpose!
A lot of us have mental health struggles and in this episode I will be speaking on ways I physically cope with it.

On this episode of Sweet Talk I am speaking about happiness and what it means to me. Do you understand happiness? Are you happy? Do you know what makes you happy?
Ask yourself, have you actually done the work on yourself so when a good or a great person enters your life, you don’t ruin it?
We all have fears that interfere with our goals but it’s your time. Go get everything that they said you couldn’t!

Leveling up isn’t only about making more money or status. The most important part of leveling up is internal. It’s personal. Make sure your spirit is right so everything else can not only fall into place exactly how you need it but how you want it!
We are the only ones responsible for teaching someone else how to treat us and the only way we can do that is by example. Know your self worth, understand your value and stand on your boundaries!
