Ever wonder what SHAC Counseling services are like? Meet Lesley McKinney, the Director of Counseling Services at UNM Student Health and Counseling.  We talk about what SHAC has to offer students and how beneficial counseling may be for you! What is getting lucky? The SHAC Health Promotion team talks about getting lucky in every sense of the word.  Traye Holland offers up some research done into luck.  We talk about creating your own luck and how to deal with bad luck.  Hopefully, you can take some tips from the team and get lucky! 
When we hear "love languages" we automatically think about them in a romantic context. There is way more too it than that, though! Listen in to gain insight on love languages and what they actually means in all forms of love. 
Join Liz and Joseph as they speak with Felix (he/him) from Truman Health Services about self love and how to feel comfortable asking for help not from others, but yourself!
