Cuộc sống của mỗi người chúng ta luôn bao gồm 3 phần: quá khứ, hiện tại và tương lai. Có nhiều người nói rằng để sống một cuộc sống tươi đẹp thì nên ít hoài niệm về quá khứ, nghĩ nhiều về tương lai. Thế nhưng liệu điều đó có còn áp dụng được không khi chúng ta dành phần lớn thời gian trên mạng để quan sát những cập nhật trong cuộc sống của bạn bè, người thân. Tương lai mỗi người là khác nhau thế nhưng tụi mình vẫn hay băn khoăn lo lắng khi không biết phải làm gì khi thấy bạn bè mình có một cuộc sống tường như rất thành công, thoả mãn. Hãy cùng Tâm và chị Linh tâm sự về nỗi niềm của Gen Z khi trong thời đại số, chúng ta hay lo âu mỗi khi nghĩ về tương lai nhé!

Mỗi một ngày trôi qua, ai ai cũng có cho mình những áp lực vô hình cũng như hữu hình mà bản thân phải đối mặt, không phân biệt tuổi tác lớn hay nhỏ. Những áp lực mà người lớn gặp phải, chưa hẳn là người trẻ chưa gặp, và ngược lại. Nhưng làm sao để bản thân đối mặt với vấn đề một cách đúng nhất? Sau khi chúng mình đã đi qua hai cột mốc tâm sự bao lâu chưa về nhà và bao lâu chưa đón tết cùng gia đình, thì tập lần này tụi mình quyết định sẽ lên chuyến du lịch tưởng tượng trở về Việt Nam cùng chị Dương, khi chị cũng đang có dự định trở về quê hương sau bao năm sinh sống ở Úc. Hãy lắng nghe tập này và đồng hành cùng chị Dương và chúng mình trong hành trình này nhé!
