Our goal is that you keep an open mind, laugh, and take a few minutes out of your day to kick back. Most of our subject matter will be lighthearted and carefree. This is a safe place where you can escape from the day-to-day monotony of life and relax. We hope you tune in each week whether you're heading to work, flexing at the gym, or chilling at home.
