How to get approved for a rental property mortgage with no employment history or personal income
With a Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan, there is no verification of personal income.
The approval is done based on property cash flow, not personal income.
You still need to meet credit and asset requirements, but the process is extremely simplified by not having to get tax returns, or any other personal income docs.
These are available on home purchase, rate/term refinance, and cash out refinance.
