I express how imperative I believe it is that we eliminate the narrative that quitting makes you "weak" because it is leading to a lot of miserable lives. People staying in situations they don't want to be in because they don't want to be viewed as a quitter. I discuss how these beliefs can be instilled in people from a young age by the inspirations in their lives.
