There are so many different brands competing for your customer's attention on social media, so without trusting you and your brand and your products, you won't cut through the noise and actually convert your audience.
In this episode, we will cover how to build trust by:
Getting customers to share your brand
Increasing your engagement
Posting photos of other people with your product
Creating a personal brand

User-generated content has been a large topic of conversion for the last year and is a topic that isn’t leaving the digital marketing landscape anytime soon. Also known as UGC, it is unpolished content created by your customers rather than you, your team, or a professional photographer/videographer.
A study I came across said that 90% of consumers say that UGC holds more influence over their buying decision than promotional emails and even search engines - that’s huge and definitely worth considering with your e-commerce content!
The episode User-Generated Content (UGC) 101 is a great introduction for anyone that is starting to explore UGC and wants to know how to adapt it to their online marketing strategy.
In this episode we cover:
What is UGC
How do you get UGC and adapt this to your marketing funnel
How can you use UGC across all platforms
What are the best types of UGC
