BK behaviour is classic cohesive control. domination subordination isolation perpetrating violence and sexual abuse rules, regulations, regimes ,consent threats the breaking down of the victim Asking for food, asking to go the toilet, asking for cloths. the victim walking on eggshells. Joey's words "he was relentless" BK is more than a bully; he's a dangerous violent, cohesive controller abuser.

Hi there, I always listen to the podcasts I love them. In recovery myself for a few years Just listened to Olivia there. What a lovely lady and such an inspiration to all of us a great message so strong through awful hard circumstances could totally relate. I also spent years feeling something was wrong with me. had to drink to cope with my head. the fear in early recovery also felt for years that my sons disability was all my fault but could never speak it out loud. fear for his future grieving for the child who wouldn't have regular life milestones etc. thank God for sobriety as long as I'm sober I can make amends and give him the life he deserves he's my biggest inspiration and my best friend today thanks for all the fab shows Sheila D
