Regarding my content output these last couple of months, I've been very busy as full-time jobs in Mexico are around 48 hours a week most of the time and I've barely had any time and energy to dedicate to personal projects, including "1 bit wonders". I'm always looking for ways to continue and evolve the show, but a variety of factors have really slowed things down for me. I hope you understand.

Hello, everyone! Today is more of a PSA than a full episode as I've been busier than I'd like to these last couple of weeks. I just wanna let you know that a bundle with over 13 Playdate games which aren't included in the season is available now for a very limited time on itch.io. Links in the description as always.

Hello, everyone! Sorry I haven't uploaded anything in a while, I have plenty of ideas up my sleeve, but I've been super busy with other stuff. Right now, there's an itch.io bundle funding reproductive rights which features 2 Playdate games and other noteworthy titles such as Hypnospace Outlaw.
The Playdate games included are a dungeon crawler called "Down the Oubliette" by RDK and "Fish'n Feathers" by Vogelscript.

Hello, everyone! In this episode, we discuss the future of Playdate beyond Season 1 as Panic is now accepting pitches for upcoming games! If you're a creator interested in developing for Playdate in need of funding for your project, look no further!
We'll focus on the kinds of games and creators we wanna see on the tiny yellow handheld as well as adjustments we'd like to see on Panic's hardware strategy to reach an even broader audience.

Welcome back! Sorry for the delay, I've been a little busy with other projects recently, but don't worry: "1 bit wonders" isn't going anywhere! This time we're talking about Sony's PocketStation (which I severely understimated in the VMU episode) and Dustin Mierau's PlayMaker, a Mario Paint style tool for Playdate!Host: TEABEAST (@Mau_Cardiel) / TwitterCo-host: seacreek - itch.io1-bit gizmo: PocketStation - Wikipedia1-bit tool: Dustin Mierau (@dmierau) / TwitterFeatured artist: Music | Dj CUTMAN(Background music provided by Fesliyan Studios)

-As you might've noticed, the last episode I uploaded was a review for a full-color pixel art game. To clear things up, the "1 minit reviews" within "1 bit wonders" episodes will ALWAYS be for 1-bit games, while long, independently uploaded reviews will focus on a variety of art styles and genres.
-For a variety of reasons, my upload schedule hasn't been the most consistent recently, but I can assure you there'll be at least one new fully fledged episode by the end of the month.
That's all for now, stay tuned!
