New from Always True Crime, Paranormia explores true crime stories that are haunted by something otherworldly, where paranoia meets the paranormal. The episode I'm sharing with you is called The Ouija Board Trial. In early 1994, the murder of Harry and Nicola Fuller brought twelve jurors to a Brighton hotel, locked away from the world with nothing but silence, photographs, and each other. As the pressure mounted, four of them reached for a Ouija board, half a joke, half a plea for clarity, and asked the dead for answers. The verdict that followed would crumble under the weight of its own strangeness. This episode explores how isolation bends the mind, how belief can slip through the cracks of law, and how a single night in a seaside hotel became one of the most unsettling chapters in British justice.New episodes of Paranormia drop every Wednesday, wherever you get your podcasts. Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/murdermile. This podcast is more than True Crime; it's educating the public with empathy! Informing with precision, making fun where possible, and skipping all the ingenious sensationalism. Michael is a true genius in story-telling, and in the second part of this podcast; known as 'Extra mile' is where you fall in love with him. The great empathy this man shows every victim is humbling and makes you realize how seriously he really cares. It's not just a job; its a calling. And I can only bow in gratitude!

Having only just come across your podcast yesterday, the 19th of January 2025, I have binge listened to quite a few of your episodes. You most definitely have the voice for any topic podcast. You've made murder so horrid a lot palatable to a lot of people. I look forward to hearing a lot more as I've a lot more to catch up on...My many thanks to you from me, Kaye.

Sue Adams

I'm really happy to see the 'new' format. I much prefer extra mile at the end of the episode. Also pleased to hear you're reverting to classic themes. I'm upset the multi partners are going because the ones from previous series are among your best work because of the depth of detail. Overall a thumbs-up though. The trend away from the original MM had begun to put me off so you were becoming the last of my Patreon feeds to be pounced on for listening, after Paul and Adam. Thank you for this one!

fantastic podcaster. Funny English sarcasm in places mocking these criminals' terrible crimes.
