Mogale and Kabelo Mohale let us in on rising from the ashes. They speak candidly about how challenging the past 2 years have been on them. We know that growth can be hard, at times even messy however we are comforted knowing that diamonds are produced from very high pressure and temperatures.
This beautiful couple are such a great testament of what it means to choose each other, over and over. By honouring God and their vows they were committed to be productive with their pain and find healing.
Thank you for your vulnerability Mogale and Kabelo. We love you so much❤️

In relationships, it’s easy to fight to prove a point. But often the cost of being right is disconnection. To love out loud means to love boldly and freely without any reservations. When we love out loud, we inspire others to do the same. Let’s spread the love
There is nothing inherently wrong with being single, and there is nothing inherently good about being in a relationship. We often look at marriage as the grand prize. In today's instalment, we unpack navigating being single and satisfied.

In a modern age, being single is no longer a life stage but a state of being, relished by thriving solo communities around the world.
Despite this, we still tend to put marriage on a pedestal. Getting wed equals radiant couples searching for wild flower arrangements on Pinterest, or marking the #5years mark with tasteful black and white snaps on Insta.
More than a milestone, it’s an entrenched cultural value – one that lands squarely in the same breath as lifetime happiness.
Even today, people who don’t put a ring on it can feel left out; like they’ve eluded that lottery ticket marked “happily ever after”. But is there really any truth to this ingrained belief?
In this powerful and candid episode, we sit down with Wandile and Jessica Molebatsi, who share their personal journey of navigating racial prejudice, the complexities of raising mixed-race children, and the challenges of being misunderstood by society. Through their experiences, they open up about the unique hurdles they’ve faced as an inter racial couple, from confronting implicit biases and stereotypes to the emotional toll of educating others about their love and family dynamics.
With vulnerability and insight, this couple offers valuable perspectives on the intersection of love, race, and family in today’s world, shedding light on both the joys and struggles of creating a life together amidst societal divisions.
Join us for a meaningful conversation that explores the everyday realities of living in an interracial relationship, the complexities of raising mixed-race children, and how love can transcend societal limitations—despite the challenges.
As a platform dedicated to supporting and advocating for marriage, we understand that sometimes relationships don’t work out the way we hope. Divorce is a painful and difficult experience for everyone involved—men, women, and especially children. In this installment, we want to acknowledge the deep emotional impact of divorce, while offering insight into the healing process and the role forgiveness plays in moving forward.
Our chat with @gc.grams has shown us that even after a marriage ends, there’s always room for God to turn pain into purpose and new beginnings.
We’re back in counseling, and it feels like a new chapter. There’s a lingering issue we’ve been navigating, one that has kept us from seeing eye to eye.
What we cherish most about this season of therapy is the growth we’ve experienced as individuals. We’ve learned to disagree with love, to listen deeply to one another’s feelings, and to unite in pursuit of our shared goals. It’s a journey of understanding, and we’re committed to walking it together.
Are we leaving South Africa? The past three years have woven a tapestry of hope, joy, sorrow and everything in between. It is in the valley that we encountered the God who beckons us to surrender.
This podcast is also available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
The question was, where are the men in the church? Today, we sit down with Uviwe and Unako—our own David and Jonathan—to discuss backsliding and finding your way back to God. We explore God’s heart for men and what is required to equip them to walk in holiness.
These young men show us what true pursuit of Christ looks like and what it means to search for the heart of God.
In today's heartfelt installment, I sit down with my husband of 14 years to reflect on his vibrant childhood and the choices he made in his younger years that led him away from his relationship with God. He has faced the difficult journey of drug addiction which led him to being a missionary at the age of 17 at an organization called Youth For Christ in Cape Town.
Over the next few years, he wrestles with issues of identity, belonging, and the challenges of receiving love and dealing with rejection. As he shares his story, he emphasizes that the strength to navigate these challenges comes from his faith in God.
Not initiating sex can leave individuals feeling emotionally bruised and struggling with low self-esteem, often creating a sense of insecurity within a relationship. This issue isn't solely about desirability; various factors, such as stress and mental health, can impact one's libido and ability to engage.
For many, societal expectations dictate that men should always be eager for sex, leading to misunderstandings when they aren't.
It's essential to recognize that not wanting to have sex doesn’t reflect a lack of attraction or commitment, but rather the complex realities of life that affect us all. Open communication and understanding can help navigate these challenges together.

When it comes to inquiring about the state of a married couple's relationship, it's wise to tread lightly, for they often tend to emphasize the challenges. Marriage, without a doubt, is a profound blessing and a precious gift, albeit one that demands effort.
It has the capacity to stretch individuals and may occasionally create discomfort during personal growth. Nevertheless, the rewards derived from such dedication are immeasurable.
In our own experience, we have gleaned valuable insights from this aspect of life, acknowledging that we may not always portray marriage in the most ideal light through our words. Let's do better:)
We discussed submission at length about 2 weeks ago. Phetola share how sometimes lack of leadership could have been her stumbling block in submission. Today we unpack what leadership looks like from his vs her perspective.
