Ohh Brother

In this episode, Gina and Dani discuss their unique ways of coping with stress and challenges in their daily environments. They speak upon personal experiences that have tested their resilience and grit, and how they were able to overcome them.  Healthy coping mechanisms are important habits to form. The girls use what they know from the classroom, and from life in general in a casual discussion that feels all too relatable, yet still informative.  The girls bring the listeners in with a light-hearted approach, tuning into their goofy sides. This episode was inspired by the struggles faced during production, and is a great example of resilience and coping. Give it a listen if you are under a lot of stress lately, it could help you out!

In this episode, Gina and Dani discuss the relationships they were brought into this world with, as well as ones they have chosen to create and embrace.  Through personal stories and experiences, listeners are taken on a ride into the lives of two 21-year-old college students and what has helped them discover the differences between healthy and toxic relationships.  In their first full-length podcast episode, the girls discuss family, friends, and romantic relationships, the differences between them, and how their intersections can impact your life.
