Maryada Bawa was the first #SDR I ever hired, and I'd be lying if I say she was good. She was better than the best. In the last episode, we learned why cold calling is important. Back in the day, as an SDR, she would not shy away from making 150 dials a day to meet her targets. We were limited to emails and calls and calls were the best source of our meetings. When you have a rep this nice, you have to hire her twice. She proved her mettle at Chargebee and got promoted in 6 months.
