What happens when your faith is tested by something you never saw coming? In this episode of We're Talkin' About with Kaley Gray, I'm talking with my friend Ana about miscarriage, anxiety, grief, waiting on God, and the journey of learning to trust Him again. After discovering she was pregnant just months after getting married, Ana experienced a miscarriage within a week of finding out. What followed was intense anxiety and panic attacks that completely changed the way she experienced everyday life. But through counseling, Scripture, worship, prayer, and ultimately surrendering the outcome to God, Ana began to discover a different kind of faith. Not a faith based on getting the answer she wanted, but a faith that could say, "I will praise You either way."We talk honestly about pregnancy after miscarriage, trusting God when He feels silent, the difference between striving and surrendering, supporting friends through grief, praying for one another, and learning to celebrate someone else's answered prayer while you're still waiting for your own.If you're in a season of waiting, loss, disappointment, or uncertainty, this conversation is a reminder that God can meet you right in the middle of it.Sometimes faith isn't having confidence that everything will work out the way you want.Sometimes faith is simply saying, "God, I trust You anyway."Come talk about it with me.
What if the thing you thought was ruining your plans wasactually God redirecting them? What was supposed to be a 22-hour trip to South Africaturned into 65-hours of travel filled with missed flights and unexpected delays. But somewhere along the way, I started realizing that maybenone of it was random.        Then, after a missed flight, I found myself sitting in a hotel lobby next to an older man traveling for cancer treatment. A conversation led to a simple question: "Can I pray for you?"He told me that nobody had ever prayed for him before.Suddenly, the missed flight looked a lot less like amistake. From there, God continued teaching me about provision, gratitude, trusting His timing, and recognizing that our detours can become someone else's divine appointment. This episode is a reminder that God's plans aren't always easier than ours, but they can be so much better.

In this episode of We’re Talkin’ About with Kaley Gray, I sit down with my special guest, Melia, to talk about finding true rest in the middle of busy seasons of life. In a world where everyone feels exhausted, overwhelmed, and pressured to constantly stay productive, this conversation dives into what Jesus really meant in Matthew 11:28-30 when He said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”Together, Melia and I discuss burnout, comparison, pressure to have life figured out, and why so many people struggle to slow down and rest in God. We unpack the meaning of “yoke” in scripture, the misconception that Christianity makes life easy, and how partnering with Jesus brings peace even during stressful seasons. If you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, spiritually tired, anxious, or overwhelmed with work, ministry, relationships, or everyday life, this episode will encourage you to stop carrying burdens you were never meant to hold alone. Learn practical ways to spend time with Jesus, renew your mind through scripture, and experience soul rest that the world cannot offer. This Christian podcast episode is for anyone seeking peace, spiritual encouragement, rest in God, and a deeper relationship with Jesus during busy seasons of life.Connect with Melia:https://www.facebook.com/melia.chapmanhttps://www.instagram.com/melia.rae.chapmanOrder a copy of Rooted and Restored: https://a.co/d/iFbREzlConnect Here:https://www.instagram.com/misskaleygray/https://www.facebook.com/MissKaleyGray/ Subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@KaleyGray*I do not own rights to this music. #ChristianPodcast #restinjesus #faithjourney
