where do we go from here

How do we deal with the aftermath of patients/families emotions, once a pt has passed. How do we deal with our own emotions.

This is the first time I am talking openly about being a registered nurse amongst the Covid pandemic, with first hand knowledge in the medical cares this population requires. My thoughts start here and I hope to reach my fellow population of nurses and families of these nurses. I need to talk about and I know my fellow nurses do.
