Today we talk to Alex. She had a knee injury and mensical tear after a workout. We eventually decided that it was best to send her for surgery. Fortunately she has recovered well and is now back to full fitness and exercise. Connor tells us his story about how as a semi-professional footballer he suffered with groin pain. Football for him is not only his passion but also an important source of income, so when he was forced out of playing with his injury, he needed help quickly. Pelvic health is often neglected by people, and even by healthcare professionals. Poor pelvic health, and poor pelvic floor health in particular, can dramatically reduce quality of life.
