We all know 'cheat meals' are outdated and no reputable coach promotes them anymore. 'Free meals' / 'off plan meals' however... go for it! But what happens when people (coaches or athletes) don't truly grasp the difference in the function and guidelines of 'cheats' and 'free meals'?
