congrats to Ryan but sad as a listener. I really appreciated the respectful debate between the 2 sides. while it was clear that Dave and Ryan have different view points, I liked that the conversation was structured so that each had a turn to speak and nobody was putting anyone down. well done! I will miss this and look forward to seeing the new path forward.
