Ruben & Pete See Everything

Ruben and Pete are at it again, and honestly, who let them have a podcast? Someone needs to stop them. In this episode, they attempt to dissect the 1995 classic movie, Friday. Between Pete's wild misinterpretations of the plot and Ruben's insistence that he could've played a better Smokey, it's a wonder they get through the nostalgic plot at all. This week, we watched the Indy classic film "Clerks". Listen as Ruben & Pete continue to wrestle with themes of negotiating one's sense of humanity in an increasingly technological world and redefining big ideas such as lasagna affection and why things end in 99. 

This time, Ruben & Pete watch the Tarantino classic "True Romance" and learn disputes about shared property, inheritances, insurance, and  how anything that is jointly owned might come to a head. In this case, you might have to agree to disagree.

For Halloween 2021, the guys watched "Bram Stoker's Dracula" and Pete tries to do a good impression of a bad British accent.
