In this episode of Cultural Connection, we sit down with Amy Castro, Evolve FM's first female CEO to discuss the blueprint for how a joint venture should operate in the indigenous business sector and the outstanding results Evolve has delivered for the clients in regards to Indigenous employment and contractor engagement Evolve Fm is the first Indigenous IFM company and Amy shares the story of the joint venture partnership with PSG Holdings and JLL and their indigenous engagement journey thus far. Russell talks about the outstanding achievements PSGH has been able to deliver in regards to training and mentoring young members of the Pia community.
