Put Away. When you're done simplifying your physical things, take a moment to audit your ACTUAL time. Take note of where you are spending extra moments of time throughout the day AND what you are committing too that is also taking up your valuable time. Today, Tina talks about why being a C- student is something you should strive for. Being the best has it's downfalls... in fact, when you are used to being the best at something, you soon become afraid to take risks for fear of losing your position as "the best." What if instead, we reframed our running and our lives to reflect C- work and stopped ourselves from getting caught in the "analysis paralysis" of how to do things perfectly. Moving FORWARD is the best way to grow in any area and striving to be the best is a quick way to feel like a failure and quit. Tina talks about how to instead, you should aim for "Pretty Good" in running and in life. --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/runwithtinarepa/support
