Feeling bunt out? Yeah me too. Its been a rough couple weeks. I take on the challenge of posting my first episode solo, I discuss the important topic of motivation. This goes through different ways to feel motivated or improve your mental and physical health. I also take time to get real with you and talk about my struggle recently, but thats a whole different story. Think about your goals, and use this podcast to help you guide through what steps you need to take.
Struggling or did struggle with a break up? Sienna and I have been there too. My sister is currently a sophomore in high school so she gives a bit of a younger perspective. We decided to open up about our previous relationships and why they didn't work. Its important to learn whats best for you, even if that doesn't involve your significant other. Be open, communicate, set boundaries, and enjoy this episode.
TRIGGER WARNING: This episodes topic is Depression and Anxiety. Austin and I talk about our coping skills and the things that can trigger our mental health issues. This gets deep and we both chose to be open and vulnerable. Its helpful to hear that others go through similar issues and thats the purpose of sharing our experiences.
