I was a chronic hustle-mode kinda guy and I want to share my experiences and mentors I've met along the way to help you reframe things so you can be the most effective as an entrepreneur.

Excellent episode, a lot of awesome tips on sleep. I especially liked the outlet timer that he suggests to turn off internet each night... Now I just need to lock up the modem / timer in a closet & throw away the key... 🗝️⏲️🏃🤔

Nevertheless, his definition of spam, that the podcast hosts (sadly!)
